Why I will never create a Sims 3 CC Stanley Cup.

1994; one of only three times that the Canucks made it to the Stanley Cup finals. The first (1982) I was in elementary school, the second (1994) I watched with my Dad when I was 24 (and working in real estate) and 2011, the first one that I ever watched when I was with my wife...and my dad had passed away not even two years before.

There is a superstition that if any player touches the Stanley Cup who hasn't actually won it, your team is jinxed. I may be taking it to the next level of superstition, but I'm not going to even have anything to do with the Stanley Cup; I've never seen it in person (other than in pictures), I've never touched it (that's a virtual no-no) and above all, I will never make anything on Sims 3 in conjunction with the Stanley Cup until the Canucks win it in actuality. It may never happen or it may happen long after I'm dead. Who knows, but for now, I'm going to keep the superstition alive. I've seen too many Canucks Stanley Cup finals losses to not think that there isn't something to this.

So that is why you will never see a Sims 3 CC Stanley Cup object, created by me.

AND HELL WILL FREEZE OVER BEFORE i EVER FORGIVE MARK MESSIER!!!

Of all my friends on the Sims 3 board, the two hockey fans that I am friends with are fans of teams with Stanley Cup wins.

New York Rangers:- 4 Stanley Cups: 1928, 1933, 1940, 1994
Carolina Hurricanes - 1 Stanley Cup: 2006
Vancouver Canucks - 0 Stanley Cup.
