My Latest Sim...

Getting a Little Burnt-Out with Story-Writing in Sims 3

So decided to play just a straight non-documented game like I did when I first started playing Sims 3 though of course with mods and stuff now...it goes much smoother.

Haruo just heading into the grocery store to dispose of his veggies and fruits he harvested.

...and the elixir shop-keeper. Hmmmmm...

US Navy Type I Camouflage

I wish we had the eight-point cover in the Sims 3...instead of the US Army style cap. Will have to make one on Blender if I ever get up to speed in doing so.

The Watcher is Having Fun with Meteors

I think the nuts and bolts are from Argus Brown's Margarite Vaguester. I doubt he's too happy about that.

Probably didn't help that I nailed him with about 10M Volts.

I don't use EA prices on my ore, gemstones or meteorites

I did my research and tailored the prices to the going rates in today's RL market equivalents.

These aren't numbers that I've come up with off the top of my head: but numbers that outside of the EA gemstones that had no real-world equivalents, are backed up by real world market figures.

Think the City Officials Are Being Rough on Just Homeless Haruo?

Think Again...

Hit Homeless Haruo With A Series of Fines

Using NRAAS>MC>Household>Family Funds, I just hit Haruo with a series of fines...

Fine for Being Homeless 17% of Net Worth
Unsightly Property 10% of Net Worth
No Visible Means of Support 7% of Net Worth
Nuisance 10% of Net Worth

Dogs Unleashed and Unlicensed 2% of Net Worth

Total Fines 46% of Net Worth

Yep, 46% of his Net Worth evaporates with just those fines...and that's not including taxes and property bills. >:) Nope, he's not going to get "rich" easily.

Oh and the city decided to retroactively apply fines to him for the past two weeks of him hanging around as well as his dogs running around unleashed. So another 46% of Net Worth vanishes. Plus his dogs Unleashed and Unlicensed went up to 6% because they were past-due. (52%)

§120,000 fine for his dogs attacking Buckley.

Which leaves him with a grand total of §20,684. >:)

So will he be able to pay his income taxes when it gets jacked up to 33% and his property tax when it gets hiked to 7% next week?

Note:  If you think this is overly harsh, consider what we do to our homeless in real life.

Poor Buckley Bedlington...

He didn't realize what he was getting into when he decided to growl at Samson... He got his ass handed to him, then Fritz joined in...Not only did Buckley get his ass handed to him by Samson, he's now getting his ass kicked by Fritz. Yeah...don't mess with Rottweilers - especially ones that consider each other family. You fight one; you fight 'em all.

Man, getting beat-down once was bad enough...getting your ass-end handed to you twice...in the span of fifteen minutes...is probably not a good day for Buckley.

Why indeed... Probably because you just couldn't keep your mouth shut, Buckley.
