"What a wonderfully fine day?" thought Jamie as she stood outside her home in Sunset Valley. "After standing for the better part of an hour and not dying of heatstroke, Jamie Jolina came up with the bright idea that she would head over to the Stylist and get herself a clothing makeover. The long hours at the hospital as a trauma surgeon left her little time to pamper herself, but she felt as though she deserved to. Perhaps Thornton would pay her more attention if she dolled herself up.
Considering that she had very little simoleons: exactly §1000 to be exact, she thought about it for an extremely long time...and considering that the temperature was well over 90, she was taking an incredible risk cogitating over her monetary decision. Finally she said to herself. "Why not...I rarely ever treat myself..."
At the stylist shop, she ran into Dustin Langerak who, with a smile, promptly told her that he was to be her stylist. Jamie had a dark feeling of foreboding at this, however she told it to buzz off. After all, Dustin was a friend, what was the worst that he could do?
"Jamie..." Dustin commented helpfully, "You'd look wondrous if you allowed me to style your hair." Jamie shook her head stating that her hair was fine the way it was and even if she wanted to cut it, she didn't have the money to pay for the styling and the revamping of her wardrobe. Dustin shrugged his shoulders and proceeded to do as Jamie wished.
"I have a skirt and top combo that would go perfectly with a set of red pumps." Dustin commented as Jamie looked at her figure in the dressing room mirror. "It would go perfect with your figure, Jamie." He continued.
To poor Jamie's horror, Dustin produced an electric blue top and a pink floral pattern that would have looked good alone on a sundress but on a skirt that looked something like what a 40s era grandma would have worn...she shuddered. Unfortunately that was the best that Dustin could come up with.
After paying for the wardrobe consult, Jamie looked blankly at her newly empty wallet. "Why do I feel like I got robbed?"
