I love The Mare's Nest.
Look at it this way. They provide a satirical look at the world of Simmers and it's funny that I'm the target of this one. I take the roast for what it is...a good ol' bit of fun at my expense which I enjoyed just as much as the person who wrote it. And the majority of TMN posts are on point. Sometimes we Simmers do take ourselves a little too seriously in the Simming World and hey...it's a game that we all enjoy. But at the end of the day, we have to realize that it's a game.
I just about choked on my drink when I read the title. To the author, you nearly owed me a new keyboard. I have never laughed so hard in my life. My chest is still hurting from laughing so much. And yes, gosh darn it...it definitely did appear to be able to be read THAT way. I'm still laughing as I'm writing this post. But then again, I'm 47 years old and pretty much inured to stuff like this and take it in the vein in which it is given; a jesting jab that makes me go. "hmmm, maybe I should write certain things differently..." but then again, hey, I love putting up fodder for the author to slam out into the stratosphere.
This title was absolutely hysterically funny.
To the author: This is just great. ~big thumbsup~ Keep on snarking. I'll keep reading.
