Yes, I found someone who created an harpsichord object. Unfortunately they are not playable but with a piano playing pose that I found and the moveobjects command I can make it seem as though Haruo and River are playing the harpsichords.

Fresh Prince Site
That Fresh Prince site is dangerous to CC Addicts...
Just spent an hour and a half on there...(downloading cars) and am still on there.

Posing the Question of "Why We Are Here?"
Everyone in Riverview always has one fear and one fear only: Are they going to get obliterated walking down the street? After all, Life is a cra*shoot from day to day. If you're a Sim in Nikkei_Simmer's Riverview, you never know when you're going to get annihilated. If they are sentient they are probably wondering if life has any meaning...or is their little existence transient, brutal, fleeting and meaningless?
After all, their survival depends on the whims of a certain capricious Watcher who knows all, sees all and is quick to punish. They do not know from one day to the next, whether they will be set on fire, attacked by bees, drown, starve, or one of the other multitudes of ways to die. If anything they should live their lives to the fullest because they won't know if they will survive to see the sun go down.
Here we see a female sim. She looks rather panicked. Perhaps she has seen something horrifying, perhaps it is a dog that has been starved or a child being taken away from a neglectful parent, or perhaps it is a bully beating up on a defenseless child.
Oh...it's none of those...
It's just your friendly neighbouhood space object falling through the skies to impact the ground at many thousands of kilometers per hour. My it certainly made a big explosion.
Yes, my dear young sims. Why indeed. And the existential question can be answered only in one way:

Build Part I
Used CFE for the garage build...because I wanted to have the top floor on the same level as the main floor with foundation. Then started building up.
I'm furnishing the house as I'm going along and in order to allow the sims to be able to access the main floor quickly, I put in a four X wide staircase from the second floor to the main floor. Yes, the house has a lot of bedrooms.
Yes, the house has only four floors because of the foundation, but there are stairs leading from the basement upstairs through the frieze.
and then elevators to take sims from the 1st basement floor all the way down. I'm not messing around with putting an elevator through a frieze.
I've got enough headaches.
So...can anyone guess why I have the back half of the house on "stilts"?
It's Building Time! BWA HA HA HA HA!!!!
Since I may be a while building - here's a picture of a pretty flower to tide you over till I finish up and post pics of the new build.
