Since this is a tutorial; I'm going to have to utilize a tame picture of a fully clothed Sandi French-Chikamori (she married the Black Sheep of the family)
As you can see right now the mod isn't enabled. :D In order to activate this mod you have to have Photoshop Elements. :D To activate the mod, you need to click on the dotted line square in the menu system to the left hand side of your screen (otherwise known as the selection tool) >:)
Or you can go to the quick selection tool and skip the above step in the process directly by selecting the following.
Then you drag your selection tool around the areas that you want covered...and you will have a little selection of the areas that you want to hide. That area will be specified by a whole string of "marching ants" or little dotted lines blinking to let you know that area is selected.
The next step after that is going to the top menus where you find Filter>Pixellate>Mosaic. You will come to a pop-up box menu where it will ask you to specify the number of cell-size that you want. 41 is the number that I use...that pretty much is almost the same size as the pixels in the Sims 3 censor box.
...and thus now you have a form fitting censor box fitted to the body of the sim in question. Censor Mod activated. :D
...so that is my Form Fitting Censor mod. :D
