OK Ye Recalcitrant Buggers; Get Your Asses to Uni

After fighting with the game for most of the day, I've managed to get the four little buggers off to University.

Now I have to find out why the fuck half my NRAAS mods aren't showing up. Update: Found out why. The other half are only supposed to show up when you click on the city hall... Well...duh... Watcher: "Whatever you two are thinking about...DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!!"
