ArilyBoo had several games including the entirety of the Sims 3 in her EA accounts. I'm not certain how 2 accounts were created, but well, I guess it probably involves forgetting that there was a second account and creating a new one. But these turds at EA taking advantage of the fact that she was honest and wanted to merge her two EA Accounts into one, decided to pull a fast one on her. They took ALL her games.
And it's highly doubtful that one would get any satisfaction from dealing with their customer service either considering half of them don't have a conceptual understanding of English and their modus operandi is to not deal with the customer's problem but to get them off the phone as quickly as possible. And thanks to those bumnuggets at Customer Service, ArilyBoo has lost over $300 worth of Sims 3 stuff and the entirety of her games. This is bumnuggetry at it's absolute finest on the part of EA. Not only do they have substandard Customer Service, but they've outsourced it to a group of individuals who don't give a shit if our problems are rectified. They're still getting paid to perform as poorly as possible.
I would hope that EA would make it up to ArilyBoo, but the likelihood of that happening is like the chances of hoping a poor snowball has a chance of surviving being thrown into a raging fire.
Considering the shit that EA has pulled off with the Glitterturd, I'm sure that this is going to be another notch in the annals of misdeeds this company has pulled off for years with no recrimination thanks to the idiots who keep tossing money at this company.
