This is Going to So Mess With Parker's Mind.

Just a quick update...on my current "play" situation...in-game: Braden just asked to "go hang-out" with Kaelynn Langerak. And it sounds like it's serious. :D I looked in the relationship panel and they're best friends. If they keep this up through elementary school and high-school, it may be that Parker and River become...RELATIVES. And oh, boy, Haruo is going to be sooooo impressed. NOT. Parker might be confused... if that happens. because Kaelynn Langerak is Parker's sister.

River and Haruo are Braden's parents. Dustin (Parker's father) and Illiana Langerak (Parker's mother are Kaelynn's parents. Parker's going to need therapy since River would be related to him but a tier higher in the relationship ladder but he used to go to high-school with River. :D Isn't matching up generations FUN? :D

So in conclusion. River and Haruo being Braden's parents, will be on a higher relationship tier than Parker who is Kaelynn's sister. River and Haruo will be equal to Iliana and Dustin Langerak...as the latter two are Kaelynn's parents.
