Plumbot Nausea...
Can anyone tell me the logic behind a plumbot getting visceroidal nausea from carrying around a tiberium? It doesn't even have a STOMACH!?
Most People Don't Like Mimes
I don't know; maybe it's their exaggerated movements, their annoying trait of expecting everyone to figure out what their flailing around in mid-air is supposed to be or maybe it's just the resemblance of their make-up to a clown?
Yeah, it's satisfying...

Evil Paparazzi Haruo (from The Way of Life)
He was caught out and got burnt by the flash of the nuclear weapon, hence the scars...then he went to a science center and got several new clones made from genetic material of the eight that he managed to pilfer from a lab.

Have to love World Adventures. :)
If there's one thing I use from World Adventures, it's the martial arts skill. I kind of wish I knew how, in reality, but at least, my Sim knows how.

New House Build for my Wife (@Featherbelle)
OK...I'm starting on a Sims 3 build for my wife (who also plays Sims 3, but I have to disable several packs because I use a lot of expansion packs that my wife doesn't currently have). Since as far as expansion packs, she has Ambitions, Generations, Late Night, University Life, Pets, Seasons, Supernatural, Island Paradise and World Adventures: Me: I have ALL the expansion packs including Into the Future and Showtime and since there were only 11 EPs...that's pretty much all of them.
Since she wants a three-storey home...with a kind of a luxury mansion feel, I'm going to go all out and build what she wants - she wants spiral staircases...
Yeah, I usually end up starting out and blowing up a few houses, just to get an idea of what works and what doesn't. I have an idea and I may go off script...
...this is the final draft of the FIRST Floor
This was a basic draft of what I wanted for the "sunken living-room" and "dining-room/kitchen.
...and her sims needed a garage for two cars. I love that @Featherbelle and I can share our fascination with Sims...even though she hasn't reached the level of addiction that I have.
I started on the second floor of the house...and added the front facade windows. Will work more on the layout tomorrow, but I wanted to get at least ALL the floors done. Second floor done.
I'm not too happy with the condition of the roof, but I'll try a bit more tomorrow...then I'll see if I can tackle the interiors...
Building - and Hoping I Don't Heave My Cookies...
Just been playing a bit more and building a house... Took my second dose of doxycycline. Yesterday, even though I didn't heave my cookies, I just felt absolutely miserable for at least a good couple of hours; at least half an hour crouched over the happy throne wondering if I was going to have a reunion with what little contents I had in my stomach. So I looked up doxycycline on the computer and found out that "if you have severe nausea" you need to take your dose of medication with food. Oh, great...thank you...so NOW they tell me. :D Well, had a bowl of stew an hour and a half before taking the medication and am gnawing on some ginger cookies right now and it certainly went down a lot easier this time around. Reason my doc wants me to take that doxycycline is to clear up any remnants of that pneumonia...and allow me to have my pneumonia and flu shots this winter.
I HATE SHOTS! (but I realize that getting the shots is less painful than having to deal with the actual disease. But that still doesn't mean I HAVE to LIKE IT!
So I'm currently playing my little Haruo/River game and seeing just how quickly I can build them up... :D

Photography Skill: Persistent Thumb Pictures.
...but my question is, considering how most "normal" people hold a camera...(even in the Sims), how can you even get a thumb in front of the lens? >:) Believe me, I've tried with my DSLR. :D My left thumb and middle finger are always on the focusing ring, or my left palm is cradling the lens, if I'm utilizing my 70-200/2.8.

The House I Lived In in Vancouver for 10 Years...
A rough approximation of it anyways. It's a Craftsman that was built in 1907. There were some good memories in that house, but there were also some bad ones too.
...with some landscaping put in.

I needed a "Useful Idiot" to Test Lord Vladimir's Magic Cauldron
...and the potions that Haruo and River were going to be creating.
By Azura, by Azura, by Azura, I get to taste the magic potions and elixirs that are being created. Perhaps it will turn me into the next Champion of Imperial City! I shall taste every drop.
Mike (the Imaginary Friend)
Mike: "Look, Allison, if it makes you more comfortable talking to me, I'll switch to a more human-like form...at least while we're talking..."
Mike: "Does this work for you?"
Mike: "Gosh, Allison is pretty...I wish I were human already..."
...and the Imaginary Friend Metamorphium potion takes effect...

You know, it's interesting seeing Sunset Valley from a dog's eye-view level.
